We try, wherever possible to fulfil our events schedule as advertised.
The Ticket Provider reserves the right to make alterations to the published Event programme where reasonably necessary.
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an Event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any re-scheduled Event. Where an Event is cancelled or re-scheduled, we will use all reasonable endeavours to notify you using the details you provided us at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the Event.
Refunds & Exchanges
Where the Event is cancelled by ourselves, due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be entitled to claim a refund from us of the face value of the Ticket in accordance with this section.*
Where the Event is rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control; or there is a material change to the programme of the Event and you do not wish to attend the rescheduled/changed Event, you will be entitled to claim a refund from us of the face value of the Ticket in accordance with this section. Refund requests must be sent made within 7 days of postponement announcement. After this standard refund T&C’s will apply*
We cannot refund tickets purchased through any third party sites, such as Groupon* Only tickets purchased directly through us via our ticketing partner, Eventbrite or Ticketsource, will be eligible for refunds.
Credit or refund is not given on vouchers of greater value than the booked event.
We will not refund any third party costs whatsoever, such as hotels and travel costs.
These terms do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For further information about your statutory rights you can contact Citizens Advice, Consumer Direct or the Department for Business Innovation and Skills.
Refunds / Changes to bookings
You may cancel your ticket if you inform us within the refund period as set out on the ticketing page (normally 30 days prior to the event taking place). Refunds will be made in full, though our ticketing partner reserves the right to withhold booking fee refunds. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of your request providing it meets the above criteria. No refunds will be given after 7 days.
No changes, cancellations or refunds can be made within 14 days of the event or after an event has taken place.
To cancel or change a ticket/order, please contact us at email@example.com quoting your name and date of original purchase. In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled all ticket-holders will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase.*
* Tickets/vouchers purchased through a third party should contact the relevant supplier to exchange them as we do not hold these funds.
– REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR VOUCHERS THAT HAVE EXPIRED.
